Class Policy
Booking: you can book one class per day (standard policy).
Arrivals: please arrive 5 minutes early; class closes at +5 minutes after start (no exceptions).
Phones: no phones in class.
You’ll keep access through the end of your current paid cycle.
If you’ve booked classes after your membership end date, please purchase a pack/drop-in or those bookings may be canceled.
Cancel a class (to avoid fees)
We get it—plans change. To avoid fees:
Cancel at least 12 hours before class starts in the BearFeet Pilates app or Client Portal on our website.
Inside 12 hours = $15 Late Cancel fee.
Don’t show up = $35 No-Show fee (the drop-in rate) in addition to losing class credit. So cancel your spot.
Repeat late cancels/no-shows may result in temporary account holds.
How to cancel a class:
Schedule → select your class → Cancel (confirm).
Payment issues & account holds
Please keep a valid card on file. If your card is frozen/declines and recurring late cancels or no-shows occur, we may freeze your account until your balance is cleared and payment method is updated.

We’re here to keep Pilates fitting your life (not the other way around). If your schedule shifts, email our front desk at everbody@bearfeetpilates.com and we’ll help you move to a better-fit option: Month-to-Month, 3-Month Commitment, or Class Packs.
Level guidance (start smart, progress strong)
New to Pilates? Book a FREE Showcase first to learn the machine and transitions (you’ll still sweat!).
Koala → Panda: we recommend at least 5 Koala classes.
Panda → Grizzly: 20 Panda classes at The Studio (or equivalent reformer studio—megaformer excluded).

Small Class & Low Enrollment Policy
At BEARFeet Pilates, we strive to provide an energetic and high-quality group environment. To ensure our instructors can provide the best experience possible, we have implemented the following policy for classes with a single participant.
The 6-Hour Check-In
If, 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time, only one person is signed up for a class, the session will be converted. The enrolled student will be contacted via [text/email] and offered the following three options:
- Class Cancellation (Full Credit) We will cancel the group session, and your class credit will be immediately returned to your account. You can use this credit to book any future class at your convenience.
- 25-Minute Private "Express" Session You may keep your scheduled time and enjoy a 25-minute private 1-on-1 session at no additional cost (using the credit already paid for the class). This is a great way to get personalized alignment cues and focused work.
- 50-Minute Full Private Session (Upgrade) You may upgrade your reservation to a full 50-minute private session. To do this, you simply pay the difference between our Private Session rate ($75) and the price you paid for the group class.
How it Works
- Notification: Our team will reach out to you exactly 4 hours before the class starts if you are the sole participant.
- Response Time: Please let us know your choice as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within [60 minutes] of notification, Option 1 (Cancellation & Credit) will be applied automatically to respect the instructor’s schedule.
- Arrival: If you choose a private session option, please arrive at your original scheduled time.
Note: This policy ensures that our instructors are fairly compensated for their time while offering you the unique opportunity for personalized 1-on-1 attention at a discounted rate.
