  • What is Pilates?

    Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and toning the body, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture. 

  • Do I have to be fit and flexible to do Pilates?

    No, Pilates is for every body. The beauty of the reformer is that is fully adjustable for every level. 

  • Do I have to be young to do Pilates?

    No, Our studio is for anyone 16 years and older.  The Golden Bear Classes are for the bears with more life experience. 

  • What should I wear to Pilates?

    Always wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.  It is best to wear formf= fitting clothes so your instructor can see your movement. Grippy socks are recommended.  If you don't have any, don't worry we have some for sale in the studio.  Along with bottled water and electrolyte packets.
